Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the third-party provider that powers that result. This site does not keep a copy of the search. A message sent through contact channels contains the information you choose to include and is used to answer the request.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting may record an IP address, browser type, page views, referral information, and timestamps. Aggregate information helps maintain North Salt Lake Residents Directory and understand which reference pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How Data Is Used
Technical data is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Contact information is used to reply. We do not sell visitor lists or build an individual profile from ordinary visits.
External Services And Links
Pages link to Davis County property and Recorder portals, Utah voter and court services, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools. Those services set their own privacy terms and control what happens after a link is followed. Review their policies before submitting information.
Who Receives Technical Data
Hosting and support providers may process ordinary server logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. It is not disclosed for unrelated purposes.
Security And Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for operational, security, measurement, or legal needs. There are no user accounts on North Salt Lake Residents Directory, so the service does not hold a password or account profile for you.
Children’s Information
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so the material can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, can provide access or confirmation, deletion of certain data supplied by a consumer, portability, and opt-out rights for targeted advertising, sale, and some profiling in covered situations. Exclusions, thresholds, and preemption apply. Utah’s research inventory did not locate a general data-broker registry or single statewide broker opt-out database.
Use the Contact page for data held by this service. Public records held by North Salt Lake, Davis County, Utah, or another custodian are outside this service’s control. A request to change a deed, voter record, court file, or vital record belongs with that custodian.
