Not a government office. North Salt Lake Residents Directory cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or remove a name from a government roll. For emergencies, dial 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local police.
Choose The Right Record Office
Questions about a public record should go to its custodian. A private reference cannot change the source record or decide whether a restricted file can be released.

Submitting A City Request
The North Salt Lake GRAMA request form asks for requester contact information, a specific description, department, commercial-request status, signature, and an optional address or parcel. The city form says responses are within 10 working days. Ask for an existing record and state the date range, address or parcel, and desired format. GRAMA does not require the city to build a new resident list from separate systems.
